Dealership is not transparent. I gave my word that I would come back and purchase the car and I did. Dealership an hour away from the house. Once I called them LLC, I told them to get the car ready, I came back and bought without financing. At that time when I came back to sign the paperwork after I had provided the check, they had the gall to tell me that there was only one key. You think they would have told me upfront. And I asked them how to get the other set, expecting them to say they would eat the cost and order one, they told me that I can order another from Hyundai for 200 to 400. Upsetting to hear that but already too late as I needed the car for my daughter. Today I received gourmet brownies, keep those and put towards my key!!

If I could give 10 stars, I wound. The level of service and support we received during the process of purchasing our vehicle was WAY above and beyond normal expectations. Joe, Alex, Mark and especially Eric were so helpful and supportive. Would never consider buying a vehicle anywhere else.

I purchased my car from Audia back in 2006, and they have taken great care of my vehicle ever since. Their service staff is extremely friendly and trustworthy. On several occasions, they have been able to find rebates or warranty coverage to help offset the cost of repairs. They are also always honest with me about what they find wrong, what is critical, and what I can hold off on fixing or replacing. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!

I am in the process of buying from them, so this review is premature. however, my initial experience and 1st impression is excellent. Prompt, friendly and very, very accommodating. These traits are hard to find, in this day and age.

I Have Been buying cars and trucks from Audia Motors for 30yrs. and find them to be very fair and friendly when it comes to helping find the right vehicle for me or a family member. I have always been greeted and treated like a family member whenever visiting or speaking on tne phone with people from Audia Motors.They have a fine selection of vehicles and if they dont have what you want on pemises they will make every effort to get it for you.Great bunch of people.
